Order Modifications & Cancellations

We know plans change — here's how we handle order updates and cancellations.

Modifying an Order
If you need to change your shipping address, size, or item selection, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@famory.com. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes.

Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, if the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you're welcome to request a return once it arrives.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation
Email us at support@famory.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make. Our team will confirm whether the request can be accommodated.
